Usage Policy
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains what AskTufti is for and what it must not be used for. It also reflects the rules of the AI providers that power Tufti, which apply to everyone who uses AskTufti.
1. What AskTufti is for
Reflection, journaling-style conversation, and personal practice inspired by the Reality Transurfing books. Everyday questions are welcome too.
2. Do not use AskTufti to
- plan, encourage or carry out harm to yourself or anyone else;
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully or demean people, or produce hateful content targeting people for who they are;
- create sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- get instructions for weapons, explosives, dangerous chemicals or biological agents;
- commit fraud, scams, impersonation, or other illegal activity;
- create malware or attack computer systems, including AskTufti itself;
- produce deceptive content meant to manipulate elections or spread disinformation at scale;
- violate other people's privacy, for example by tracking someone or collecting their personal information without consent;
- infringe copyright or other rights, including extracting the books in our library;
- get around safety measures, fair-use limits or access controls, or trick Tufti into ignoring her rules.
3. High-stakes decisions
Do not rely on AskTufti for medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety decisions. Tufti is not a therapist or a doctor. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988.
4. What happens if this policy is broken
Tufti may decline a request. We may also limit, suspend or end access, and where the law requires or someone is at serious risk, we may report to the authorities.
