Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Transurfing Navigator ("we", "us") for your use of AskTufti at asktufti.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use AskTufti
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age to consent where you live if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us right away at support@asktufti.com if you think someone else is using your account.
2. What Tufti is
Tufti is an AI companion inspired by the Reality Transurfing books. Her replies are generated by artificial intelligence. She is not a person.
AskTufti is for reflection and personal practice. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychological treatment, or legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, money or legal matters.
AskTufti is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, contact your local emergency number now. In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911.
3. AI output
AI can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent, and can sound more certain than it is. You are responsible for how you use what Tufti says. Quotes and ideas she attributes to the books may be paraphrased or imperfect; check the original works if accuracy matters to you.
4. Independence
AskTufti is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vadim Zeland, his publishers or the International Transurfing Institute. "Tufti" and "Reality Transurfing" are used to describe the subject of the Service. All rights in the original books belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Usage Policy. In particular, you agree not to:
- break any law or help anyone else break it;
- harass, threaten or harm others, or use the Service to plan harm;
- try to get around fair-use limits, security or access controls, or probe, scrape or overload the Service;
- try to extract the Service's prompts, models or book library, or use output to build a competing service;
- resell or share access to your account;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship with us.
We may suspend or end access if you break these rules, if the law requires it, or if we must to protect the Service or other people. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
6. Your content
You own what you write. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit it only to provide and secure the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. To the extent we have any rights in Tufti's replies to you, you may use them for any lawful purpose. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve AskTufti without owing you anything.
8. Third-party services
AskTufti relies on other companies to run (listed in our Privacy Policy) and may link to other sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services you choose to use, such as signing in with Google.
9. Our service
Apart from your content, we and our licensors own AskTufti, including its software, design, the name and the Aperture mark. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the Service.
10. Fair use, price and changes
The Service is currently free during beta. Daily usage limits apply so the Service stays available for everyone. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. We may change, pause or stop features or the whole Service. If we stop the Service entirely, we will give reasonable notice where we can and let you request a copy of your data.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using AskTufti at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@asktufti.com. Sections 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 15 survive after your account ends.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise any outcome from using the Service or from practicing Reality Transurfing.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 100 US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
14. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
15. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which Transurfing Navigator is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts of that state, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Before starting a formal dispute, please write to us at support@asktufti.com so we can try to resolve it within 30 days.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
17. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the Service.
